[당첨자 유의사항]

※ 안내 사항 미확인으로 인한 불이익은 당첨자 본인에게 있습니다. 공연 관람에 지장이나 불이익을 받지 않도록 관람 전 반드시 안내사항을 재확인 바랍니다.

 

1. 본 이벤트는 위버스컴퍼니의 개인 정보 수집 방침에 따라 만 14세 이상(2010년 3월 25일 이전 출생자)만 입장이 가능합니다. 이후 출생자는 보호자 동반 시에도 입장이 불가합니다.

2. 티켓 수령 절차에 따라 시간이 다소 소요될 수 있으므로 여유 있게 이동하시는 것을 권장 드립니다.

3. 본 이벤트는 티켓 대리 수령 및 타인에게 양도, 매매가 불가합니다. 적발 시 입장 및 관람이 불가합니다.

4. 공연 시작 이후에는 입장이 제한될 수 있으며, 원활한 입장을 위해 진행요원의 안내에 따라서만 입장할 수 있습니다.

5. 공연장 내 음료 및 음식물은 반입이 금지되어 있으며 병, 폭죽, 레이저 등의 위험 물질과 반려동물, 꽃다발, 풍선 등은 반입이 제한될 수 있습니다.

6. 현장에서 (주)빌리프랩의 콘텐츠 촬영이 병행될 수 있으며, 촬영 및 편집에 따라 참석자분들의 초상이 콘텐츠 내 노출될 수 있습니다. 현장 기술장비 및 연출상의 이유로 일부 시야가 제한될 수 있는 점 양해 부탁드립니다.

7. 촬영에 따라 참석자 분들의 초상 및 음성이 콘텐츠 내 노출 될 수 있고, 이벤트에 참여하는 것과 동시에 이를 활용하는 것에 대하여 기간의 제한 없이 동의한 것으로 간주합니다. 쇼케이스 촬영물은 콘텐츠의 용도에 따라 적절히 편집, 보정하여 사용될 수 있습니다.

※ 본인 확인이 가능한 신분증이란?

- 대한민국 국적 : 여권, 주민등록증, 운전면허증, 청소년증(주민센터 발급), 모바일 신분증(정부24, 행정안전부&경찰청, PASS 발급)

- 대한민국 국적 외 외국인 : 여권, 외국인 등록증

* 이 외의 신분증은 인정되지 않습니다(학생증, 사본, 사진, 등본 등)

* 신분증의 사진, 프린트물, 모바일 신분증 캡처 파일은 인정하지 않습니다. 현장에서 모바일 신분증 앱 실행을 요청할 수 있습니다.

* 신분증은 이벤트 참여 신청 정보와 동일한 경우에만 확인이 가능하며, 이름/생년월일/사진이 모두 기재되어 본인 확인이 가능한 실물 신분증으로만 확인이 가능합니다. 참여 신청 정보와 불일치할 경우 참여가 제한됩니다.

* 모든 신분증은 유효기간이 만료되지 않은 실물 신분증만 유효한 것으로 인정합니다.

* 대한민국 국적자의 신분증은 사진, 생년월일(6자리), 성명이 명확하게 기재되어 있고 공공기관의 기관장이 발행한 것이어야 합니다.

* 발급신청 확인서의 경우 반드시 기관장의 관인으로 간인하고, 사진을 포함한 인적사항, 발급번호, 유효기간은 투명스티커가 덧붙여진 상태여야 합니다. 위∙변조가 의심되는 경우, 인정되지 않습니다.

* 이벤트 신청 시 영문 외로 제출하여 여권의 영문명으로 확인이 불가할 경우, 현장에서 사진과 영문 외 이름이 기입된 신분증을 추가 확인 요청드릴 수 있습니다. 사전 준비 및 협조 부탁드립니다.

* 본인 확인 시, 양도 혹은 위조 신분증 대응을 위해 질문 등 추가적인 2차 확인을 요청할 수 있습니다.

* The raffle winners will receive a ticket per person during the check-in process. The seats will be randomly assigned. Changing seats in any way, or setting up cameras or tripods away from your seat are strictly prohibited.

* Winner verification numbers are given for the identity verification process, and they are not given on a first-come-first-served basis. Please check the time for your number and be ready for the winner's identity verification.

* If you arrive at the venue after the ID verification ends, you may not be allowed admission.

* Your seating will not be affected by your winner verification number. Please do not form random waiting queues at the site.

※ It is up to the winners to check the notices and guidelines. Please read the notices thoroughly and be mindful of the guidelines to prevent any disadvantages that may disrupt your event participation.

 

1. According to the WEVERSE COMPANY policies regarding the collection and use of personal information, the event is available for 14-year-olds and older (must be born on or before March 25, 2010). Minors under the age cannot enter the venue even when accompanied by a guardian.

2. Please make your way with enough time to spare as the ticket distribution may take a long time.

3. The raffle winning cannot be used to admit someone else to the event, and it cannot be transferred or sold. If you are found selling or transferring the ticket, you will be denied admission to the event.

4. Admission may be temporarily unavailable after the event starts. Please follow the guidelines of the staff for admission.

5. You are prohibited from bringing in beverages and food. Prohibited items also include pets, flower bouquets, balloons, and hazardous objects such as bottles, firecrackers, and lasers.

6. The event may be recorded in videos by BELIFT LAB Co., Ltd. Please be aware that you may be recorded in the videos. Also, please note that technical equipment and stage installations may affect your view.

7. The faces and voices of the participants may be recorded in the video content. It will be considered that you have given us indefinite permission and agreement to our use of the content, upon your participation in the event. The video content may be appropriately edited and touched up according to the purpose of using it.

 

[What to Bring]

A valid photo ID for identity verification

 

※ What is a valid photo ID?

- South Korean nationality: Passport, South Korean Resident Registration Card, driver’s license, South Korean Youth Card (issued by community service centers), mobile ID (issued by GOV.KR, Ministry of the Interior and Safety & Korean National Police Agency, or PASS App)

- Non-South Korean nationality: Passport, Residence Card (certification of alien registration)

* Other IDs (e.g. student IDs, photocopies, photos, and certified copies) are not allowed.

* Photos, printed copies, or mobile screenshots of your ID will not be accepted. You may be asked to run the mobile ID app at the venue.

* The information on the ID must be identical to the information entered for the raffle. The ID must include a name, date of birth, and a photo, and it must be presented physically to be accepted as a valid photo ID for identity verification. If the information on your photo ID does not match the information on the raffle entry, your participation will be denied.

* All IDs must be presented physically and must not be expired, to be considered valid.

* An ID of South Korean nationality must include a photo, date of birth (6 digits), and a name. It also must be issued by the head of a government office.

* If you have to verify yourself using a temporary ID such as an issuance application confirmation, the document must be stamped with the official seal of the head of a government office. It must include a photo, personal information, issuance number, and expiration date, all protected with a transparent sticker. Any document seeming dubious or to have been forged will not be accepted.

* For customers who entered the raffle with a name in a language other than English, and are therefore unable to verify their identity with a passport, they may be asked at the venue to present an ID that has a photo and the name in the language they entered the raffle with. Please come prepared and cooperate with the staff.

* When verifying your ID, we may conduct an additional verification process such as asking you questions, requesting other IDs, etc. to prevent the use of transferred or forged IDs.

 

※ For customers who enter the raffle on this website, your identity and the winning QR code will be verified in the admission process. A screenshot will be not considered valid. ※ 注意事項をお読みいただけなかったことによる不利益については、責任を負いかねます。必ず注意事項をご確認の上、イベントにご参加いただきますようお願いいたします。

 

1. 本イベントへの入場は、WEVERSE COMPANYのプライバシーポリシーに基づいて、2010年3月25日まで生まれの方のみ可能です。（2010年3月26日以降生まれの方は、保護者同伴の場合も、ご入場いただけません。）

2. チケットの受取に時間がかかる場合がございますので、時間に余裕を持って会場へお越しください。

3. チケットの代理人による受取、第三者への譲渡や転売は一切禁止であり、発覚した場合は参加をお断りさせていただきます。

4. 開演後は入場を制限させていただく場合がございます。スムーズにご入場いただけるよう、スタッフからの指示にご協力をお願い申し上げます。

5. 会場内への飲食物の持ち込みはご遠慮ください。また、ビン類、火薬類、レーザーポインターなどの危険物や、ペット、花束、風船などの持ち込みは禁止させていただきます。

6. 会場では、(株)BELIFT LABのコンテンツ撮影が行われる場合がございます。撮影及び編集によっては、参加者の方々のお顔がコンテンツに映る場合がございます。会場での機器使用や演出上の理由により一部見えにくい場合がございますので、予めご了承ください。

7. 撮影過程において映像に参加者の方々のお顔が映ったり、お声が入ったりする場合がございます。イベントに参加する場合、このような活用に期限を設けずにご同意いただいたものとみなします。撮影した映像は、コンテンツの目的によって、適切に編集・補正して使用することができます。

- 韓国国籍以外の方：パスポート、外国人登録証

* 上記以外の身分証明書は認められません。（身分証明書のコピー・写真、学生証、住民登録謄本など）

* モバイル身分証明書のスクリーンショットは認められません。イベント当日にモバイル身分証明書アプリの起動をお願いする場合がございます。

* 本人確認時に、身分証明書のお名前・生年月日・写真を確認し、申込内容と異なる場合は、参加をお断りさせていただきます。

* 有効期限内の実物の身分証明書でのみ本人確認が可能です。

* 韓国国籍の方の場合、写真、生年月日（6桁）、氏名が表示されて、公共機関の機関長が発行した身分証明書をお持ちください。

* 「発行申請確認書」は、機関長の官印付きの、写真を含めた人的事項・発行番号・有効期限に透明シールが貼られているものが必要です。偽造の疑いのある確認書は認められません。

* 英語以外の表記のお名前でイベントにお申込みいただいた場合、パスポートの英語表記では本人確認ができませんので、証明写真付きの英語表記以外のお名前が記入された身分証明書のご提示をお願いする場合がございます。当日会場にお持ちくださいますようお願いいたします。（韓国国籍以外の方）

* 本人確認の際、当選権利譲渡や身分証明書偽造の有無を確認するため、スタッフから追加質問などをさせていただく場合がございます。予めご了承ください。
